Degree Requirements for the Journalism & Communication Bachelor’s Program
Students must complete 136 credits, including 32 credits from University requirements and 55 credits from department requirements. Students must complete two-thirds of the courses (except for the University requirements) from the department of Journalism & Communication, the department of Advertising & Communication, and the department of Communication Arts. Student must complete at least three courses from the social science and humanities category (including Politics, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, and Anthropology).
Description of Courses
Two core group of courses are provided: Journalism and Speech Communication.
